Mark Evangelism

A Great commission in Action.

Why:

• So we are ambassadors for Christ, since God is making his appeal through us. (II Cor. 5:20)
• You will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth. ( Acts 1:8)
• But how are they to call on one in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in one of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone to proclaim him? And how are they to proclaim him unless they are sent? (Romans 10:14-15)
• As you go, proclaim the good news. (Matt. 10:7)
• And what you have heard from me through many witnesses entrust to faithful people who will be able to teach others as well. (2 Timothy 2:2)

Our lord Jesus Christ commissioned us to “go in to the entire world and preach the gospel to all nations” Mark 16:15

And he commanded us saying ……..

“Then Jesus came up and said to them,” All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.  Therefore go. and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, 28:20 teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you .always, to the end of the age.” Math 28: 18-20

Act 1:8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the farthest parts of the earth.”

Many people in the world do not have access to the scripture in a way that they could understand. Though there is printed scriptures available in some languages.. they can not read and understand. These masses need to be exposed to the life changes message of God at least ONCE in their life time in a way they could understand.

Our Mark Evangelism teams partner with the local church planting leaders and reach out to the people in the streets, bus stations. Train stations and in villages with God’s word on audio format in an mp3 devices.

In a day.. the team would go to a village and visit door to door meet and build relationship with every individual in the house..and and invite to listen to the scriptures and place the head phones over their head and make the person listen to the stories from the Mark gospel and do one on one evangelism, council and pray with them and lead the person to the nearby Church/Faith Comes By Hearing listening session to be connected for the further discipleship.

In places where there is no group.. the team would gather all the responded people and start Bible listening session. Thus a New Life group formed and new Bible listening session started to discipleship the group with God’s word. 
Goals:

Many people out there working in the farms, streets, factories, that would be never exposed to scripture in their life time.
