As the Coronavirus has hampered translation work in many cases because of mandatory lock down orders in so many countries (read How the Coronavirus is Affecting Bible Translation), our compassionate teams were not deterred. They recently became the hands and feet of Jesus in India, reaching out and serving their neighbors in practical ways, distributing much needed rice and food to those in need and to area pastors. Since then, the translation teams have also been able to begin working from home, which is an answer to prayers!
The Rhema for the Nations translation teams in Nigeria are also planning on distributing food to communities there very soon. Food will include rice and roots that are vital for the people groups in that country.
It is thanks to God’s faithfulness and people like you who care deeply for Bible translation in unreached people groups that Rhema for the Nations is able to operate. Our teams around the world are grateful to know that their brothers and sisters in Christ are supporting their efforts through praying and giving.
